Meal Prepping for 2022

Ok it’s time for all those new year’s resolutions that we all make to take place. So I am like everyone else in trying to set some to follow. The past few years I have gone with no meat for the month of February (after SuperBowl). So this year I thought I would up the challenge and go for January to February. I will meal prep 5 days a week with no meat and the weekend will be cheat days. I may or may not eat meat but I definitely make one of the weekend days a cheat day. Its very important to have a cheat day so that you don’t deprive yourself mentally because you will fail without a built in reward. Also I am meal prepping and this week I started out with a great recipe from this site https://natashaskitchen.com/chickpea-salad-recipe/ It’s a Chick Pea Salad that I doubled to extend for my meal prepping containers. So I will also be updating the site daily with my scale weight.
