The Weigh In

So here it is the starting weight of this journey. The holidays are notorious for putting on pounds. I had stayed around the 225-230 lb mark since Thanksgiving but with back-2-back holidays (Christmas & New Year’s) it was inevitable that this last push caught up to me. Well there is nothing to do now but sit back and let the meal prep and exercise do its job. Take a look today. I will be posting this every day for my own accountability.
