Ok off to a great start. Down 4 lbs in 5 days . This is not even a full week. So this is a nice moderate weight loss thats achievable and not to aggressive that I can’t sustain it. Base on these numbers this would equate to 9 weeks times 4 lbs = 36lbs. So not I will set my goal to be 200lbs by March 1st. In the words of Nike “Just Lose It”
