Ok here’s the daily weigh in I promised myself. Remember it may be painful to weigh every day but it revels the truth about your diet. Now Remember I am not saying diet like restrictive , I am saying it like Websters definition “the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eats” . So whatever your diet is the scale shows loss, gain or maintain. So its a tool to use not to fear.

Also remember you can get protein from eggs and a good source is poached eggs
