Ok, I am already approaching my stall weight after just 2 weeks into the journey. As mentioned before, I thevquick success is because the initial weight recorded was right after holiday eating and may not have been actual fat that needed to be lost but rather water and food weight. However, I will not try to be a scientist but simply record the data and report the findings.

Today’s food was a mashup of a food hack I saw and the last of the meal prep for the week. I took the spinach and squash and roasted it up. Next added some tomato slices and placed in Burrito in a waffle iron combined with the arugula salad.
