I am entering week 2 of this journey and so far so good. The scale says down 8.4 lbs. Now I believe this is mainly because those extra lbs were simply what I call food weight. No that’s no any kind of medical term, this is simply my statement and opinion of what happens when you more good than normal over a short period of time , such holidays, parties or tailgating. Any way it will definitely be interesting once I reach 220. That’s my stall weight and I am determine to break this barrier this time.

Also I am splitting the meal prep work with my accountability partner. So this week’s menu is a Arugula Strawberry salad with sautéed spinach and yellow squash. Also these 1 cup/2 cup meal prep bowls really allow you to expand your meal prep menu while keeping the portions in great balance.
