Day 20

Ok, after a small up tick after the Cowboys playoff game. Then, the cheat day associated with it , I am headed back in the right direction. See, before 2015, I would have panicked, and after two weeks in, I would have said, “Forget it .” However, now I know, just keep going. One day will not hurt you. It’s when you string together multiple cheat days. Then sometimes it’s not the cheat days as much as it is not exercising. Bottom line is simply pick a plan that works for you and stick to it. The plan can be to lose or maintain. The plan could be to exercise more or cut something out. It doesn’t matter the age or place in life, but just make that change if you need to.
